Thermal Insulation Steel Pipe

Steel sleeve insulation composite steel pipe is one of the pipes buried directly underground. It can be buried without the concrete structure, the steel pipe thermal expansion will be proceeded in the outside pipes, thus can lower the cost of the raw material, shorten the construction date and ensure the safety of the heating pipes. This kind of pipes can be used widely in various temperature environment, especially suitable for high temperature steam pipeline project. The operating temperature can be 150℃-450℃。The end of the pipes are usually sealed by polyethylene film or 3 layers PE cold-tangled belt to avoid the humidity or water before operating. The insulation materials are binded up by staggered multi lays to reduce the thermosteresis and at the same time take control measures on the outside surface to prevent the formation of cold bridge, thus to ensure the temperature of the  anticorrosive coating can be controlled. To bind up multi-layer aluminum foil reflector with thermal insulation materials, can reduce the thermosteresis effectively and make the steam pipeline more economic and reasonable. The Hydrophobic system adopt totally closed form, with flexible layout and reasonable structure. The steel sleeves can remove the moisture in time and also can  be used as daily operation of the alarm signal. The Pipeline thermal compensation using high-quality bellows compensator, and installed in the steel sleeve to make it can be directly buried. There is no need to set up the observation well, the operation is convenient and the construction time is short . It is suitable to convey the steam of 2.5 MPa, an temperature below 350 degrees other medium. This product used as the steel tube outer protective layer, it has the advantage of high strength, hard  to damage, easy maintenance and long service life.
