Elbow

During the pipeline, elbow is the fitting which has the function to change the direction. According to the degree, the elbows can be divided in to 45°, 90°and 180°,which is the most common, and also there are 60°elbows and other uncommon degree elbows based on different project requirement. The materials for the elbows are cast iron, stainless, alloy,  malleable cast iron, carbon steel,  nonferrous metals and plastic. The ways to connect with pipes including direct welding connection (the most common way), flange connection, hot melt connection, fused connection, threaded connection and socket type connection and so on. According to the production process, it can be divided into the following types: welded elbow, punched elbow, pushed elbow, casting elbow and butt-weld elbow.
